Meet the Team

David Wall, RHI, B.Sc. is our most experienced Inspector having completed more than 10,000 inspections. He has a Bachelor of Science from Trent University, and was certified as a Pillar To Post inspector in August of 1995. David is a registered Home Inspector (RHI), and a full member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and of CAHPI the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors. He has also been a full Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors since 1996.

David is an approved Presenter with the Durham Real Estate Board. He has taught the Pillar To Post Continuing Education Programs to hundreds of Real Estate Agents over the years on topics such as wells, septic systems and problems in New Homes.

David has completed many New Home Buyer Seminars with participants such as the Royal Bank and is a regular presenter at the President’s Choice Seminars in Durham Region. You may have seen David on Chex Television’s First Take Live with host Dan Carter and Blair Buchanan.

Pam Wall. When you call the office Pam or Shannon will answer the telephone. Pam is a Certified Home Inspector with PACHI and has completed the Pillar to Post training. When you call the office you are not talking to a receptionist, she is qualified as an inspector. Anticipate you will spend at least ten minutes on the telephone, as Pam and Shannon have detailed contact forms so the inspectors know what type of property they will be inspecting. “Is the home on well or septic?” If the home is more that 40 years of age we will bring information on lead paint and asbestos. Pam and Shannon will ask you, if you have any concerns so we can bring appropriate information.
